A classic at its best. Our Napoleon is made of many layers of delicate, buttery puff pastry, layered with a light and fluffy pâtissière cream made with natural vanilla beans and a touch of mascarpone. The whole dessert is topped with seasonal fruit, which gives it a fresh and light flavor.

This cake is flatter than traditional cakes, making it extremely easy to slice and perfect for larger parties—it can easily be divided into a large number of servings.
